Requirements: higher education at a bachelor's degree, fluency in the state language

Working conditions:

• Official employment.
• Working day Mon-Thurs: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Fri: from 8.00 to 15.45; lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45

Duties:

• Performing organizational work on the development of regulations on structural divisions of the Main Department and job descriptions of employees,
• providing advisory assistance to structural divisions on the development and introduction of changes to job descriptions.

The amount of remuneration is determined by articles 50, 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", paragraphs 11, 13 "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025", by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 29, 2023 of the year No. 1409 "Issues of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2025" (with amendments) and taking into account the order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated 28.02.2025 No. 376 "On approval of the List of territories on which hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation" (with amendments):

• postal salary UAH 15,996.00 in accordance with the staff list;

• supplement to the official salary of 50% (7998.00 UAH) in connection with the inclusion in the List of territories in which hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;

• supplement to the official salary for rank, years of service in the state service;

• bonus (if established).
