Duties:

Keeps reporting and accounting documentation determined by the head of the department.

Participates in the preparation of state statistical and other relevant statistical reporting on personnel issues, in particular: monthly, quarterly, annual reports. 

Prepares draft orders on personnel matters with the issuance of official visas for them.

Performs work on organizing and controlling the use of annual vacations by management employees: - forms the annual vacation schedule of management employees; - conducts an analysis of annual and additional vacations used by management employees. 

Enters information and data into the complex information and analytical system of the KIAS UFG in the "Personnel Accounting" module.

Compiles prospective lists of civil servants of the administration for the timely assignment of the next rank and submits them to the head of the department.

Participates in the organization of activities for the annual evaluation of the results of the official activities of the civil servants of the administration.

Participates in the generalized needs for professional training employees:

- based on the results of individual programs of professional development of civil servants, the administration summarizes the application to KMCPPK, the Higher School of Public Administration, National Academy of Sciences, etc., according to the approximate topics and directions;

- keeps records of ECTS received by civil servants of the administration during their professional development.

Performs other assignments of the administration and department management related to the application of labor and state legislation service.
