Main job duties
1. Keeping military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in the State Energy Inspectorate.
2. Implementation of analytical and advisory support for the work of the head of the State Energy Inspectorate in matters of personnel management and provision of advisory assistance in matters of personnel management to heads of structural divisions of the state body.
3. Organization of work on internships for civil servants and youth.
4. Implementation of measures regarding the organization of evaluation of the results of official activities of civil servants, summarization of the results of the execution of tasks by civil servants, provision of advisory assistance on matters of evaluation.
5. Compilation together with civil servants of the State Energy Inspectorate of individual programs to increase the level of professional competence/individual programs of professional development of such civil servants.
6. Studying and summarizing the need of civil servants for professional training, as well as providing the head of the State Energy Inspectorate with proposals on the organization of professional training to create favorable conditions for the professional development of civil servants.
7. Processing of personal data taking into account the requirements of the law.
8. Performing other functions in accordance with the orders and instructions of the head of the department and the Department.
