General conditions

Name and category of the position, in relation to which a decision was made on the need for appointment: chief specialist of the information protection sector, category "B"

Job duties:

- ensuring information protection by preventing unauthorized actions regarding information in information, information and communication systems (hereinafter - ICS) and implementing relevant systems ICS protection;

- conducting an analysis of the state of information security, the circulation of electronic banking information, forming a policy for safe processing of electronic banking information and compliance with the rules of protection by employees at all levels of information processing;

- implementation of technical information protection measures in the Main Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region (hereinafter - the Main Department) in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts of the technical information protection system of Ukraine. Ensuring the operational management of complex information protection systems at the objects of the information activities of the Main Directorate, where information with limited access is processed;

- ensuring cyber security, cyber protection and security of information technologies in information, electronic communication and information and communication systems. Impossibility or minimization of security threats to the structural divisions of the Main Directorate and Departments of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine of the Chernihiv Region (hereinafter - the Treasury Department) by means of their inspections;

- implementation of measures to protect personal data circulating in the Head Department and Treasury Departments;

- control over the implementation by the structural divisions of the Main Department and Treasury Departments of technical information protection measures and compliance regulatory instructions on information protection;

- conducting official investigations in cases of unauthorized access attempts to software and technical complexes of the Main Directorate;

- ensuring compliance with the requirements of current legislation on information protection. Ensuring work with documents in accordance with current legislation and participation in correspondence on issues related to the competence of the information protection sector;

- execution of other assignments of the management of the Main Department and the head of the information protection sector related to the competence of the sector.

Terms of payment:

position salary according to staff list 23464 hryvnias; allowances, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" and clause 13 of the section "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine dated 19.11.2024 No. 4059-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025"; salary allowancefor the rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 29.12.2023 No. 1409 "Issue of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2025" (with changes)

Information about the term of appointment to the position:

during the period of martial law until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position or until the expiration of a twelve-month period after termination or cancellation martial law

Education:university, degree not lower than junior bachelor or bachelor, field of knowledge "Information technologies", "Electronics, automation and electronic communications"
