is looking for a chief specialist of the information protection department of the Department of Digital Development and Transformation to join its team.

Tasks that await the chief specialist:

• Directly performs the functions of information security and cyber security of the information technology infrastructure of the Ministry of Veterans;
• Participates in the analysis of software that used in local network, ensures the prevention and non-operation of software included in the sanctions policy, as well as unlicensed software that does not have a positive expert opinion in the field of technical information protection
• Establishes the features of the protection of state information resources in information, information and communication systems that process open information; 
• - Provides antivirus protection of information received and transmitted by means of electronic communication of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs; 
• Monitors information about potential cyberthreats coming from open and commercial sources, the main subjects of cyber security of Ukraine and international partners (in case of cooperation);
• Analyzes threat notifications , takes measures to counteract them, or recover from a cyber incident (cyber attack);
• Performs monitoring and settings, makes changes to the rules of the policies of antivirus protection tools, firewalls, firewalls, systems for monitoring and responding to cyber incidents in the Ministry of Veterans Affairs;
• Conducting research on electronic documents containing malicious content, providing advice on the safe use of files and software;
• Develops, implements and corrects policies information security, anti-virus policy, data backup and recovery policy, and also implements other state standards of Ukraine and international standards at the facilities of information, of information and communication systems at the Ministry of Veterans;

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;< /li>
• ·                higher education by educational degree bachelor or junior bachelor;  
• fluent command of the state language;
• experience of working in the public serviceand will be an advantage.
• fluent command of the state language;
• knowledge of the English language at least at the intermediate (B1) level will be an advantage.

Professional knowledge:

• understanding of the standards of ND ТЖИ in the field of construction of КСЖИ (КТЗИ);
• knowledge of the principles and methods of personal data protection ;
• knowledge of the requirements in the field of providing electronic trust services, the ability to use KEP personalization tools, as well as organizational methods for obtaining electronic trust services in KNEDP centers;
• experience in working with technical means of protection (will priority).

Terms of payment:

• postal salary - UAH 29,186;
• allowances, additional payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Conditions for selection and appointment to the position:
