Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Interaction with state bodies authorities and international institutions in order to attract partners, funding and donor assistance.

• Organization and coordination of cooperation with international organizations, potential partners and international oil and gas companies.

• Formation, coordination and control of the process of signing memorandums of cooperation, NDA and contracts, monitoring the status of their implementation.

• Coordination with technical divisions for updating the list of needs and finding ways of financing.

• Implementation of approved work plans of the department, other tasks and assignments.

Basic requirements:

• Technical or legal education.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or the direction of international activity from 3 years.
• English language level - not lower than B2, fluent speaking and writing.

Expectations from candidates:

• HeightMicrosoft PowerPoint skills.

• SAP 4 HANA skills.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: Mon. - Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15, Fri. 08:00 - 14:45 ;
