Main duties:

• Collection , analysis and interpretation of customer data to identify patterns and develop effective approaches to attracting new customers
• Creation and implementation of effective methods for attracting new customers based on data and market analysis
• Development and support of current product documentation, including descriptions of product passports
• Formation and implementation of technical tasks to improve existing products and services with the aim of improving their properties and increasing customer satisfaction
• Cooperation with various divisions of the bank to ensure successful implementation of strategies and initiatives aimed at product development
• Regular monitoring of the results of implemented measures and their optimization based on received data and feedback from customers

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in banking
• Experience with documentation, creating product descriptions and optimizing processes based on customer feedback
• SQL (IQ) knowledge or willingness to learn
• Ability to work with large data sets, analyze customer databases, identify patterns and trends
• Analytical skills: Ability to evaluate data, identify problem points and propose solutions
• Skills for working with spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, creating pivot tables, constructing charts and graphs, analyzing data
• Knowledge of the principles of creating and maintaining documentation
• Understanding the processes of preparing and maintaining current product descriptions, possessing information structuring skills
• A confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets, with experience in creating, editing and analyzing documentation, and also work with tables for data collection and processing
