Chief specialist of the Regional Network Activity Assessment Department (Junior Business Analyst) in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in refinement established business processes and their constant monitoring to identify technical failures or areas of development
• Formation of clear technical tasks (TOR) for the implementation of new functions or improvement of current systems
• Formalization and visualization of processes (under the guidance of an experienced mentor)
• Working with diagrams, preparing data summaries and graphs for making management decisions
• Creating presentation materials for meetings, development of methods and educational content for bank employees
• Providing methodical and practical assistance to other departments of the bank regarding your processes

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 1+ year of experience working in the banking system (understanding the internal logic of bank operation will be a critical advantage)
• Experience in writing technical specifications and building flowcharts
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with analytical reports and build causal relationships
• Literacy and brevity in drafting documents
• Ability to convincingly present your ideas and speak in front of an audience
• Flexibility, ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes
• Readiness for business trips
