Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of methodology and control over the use of data from information systems and electronic registers, technological support of information interaction and provision of information contained in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Mandatory State Social Insurance at the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. information of the register of insured persons of the State Register of mandatory state social insurance, issues of compliance with the requirements for keeping records of information about insured persons. cases of absence of necessary, incorrect or inaccurate records of work periods, or other discrepancies in the register of insured persons;

3. technological and methodical processes of information interaction within the scope of competence with other local bodies of executive power, local self-government bodies, associations of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations on issues of formation and maintenance of the register of insured persons.
4. Implementation of informational and explanatory and methodological work on the issues of:
5. control over the use of data information systems and electronic registers;
6. maintenance of the automated accounting system for the payment of insurance premiums.
7. Performing, within the limits of its competence, consideration of appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens, identification and elimination of the reasons that lead to the submission complaints.
8. Preparation of analytical, informational, reporting data and materials for the head of the department, deputy head of the department, head of the department and deputy head of the department on issues related to the competence of the department.
