JSC "UNEX BANK" announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Chief Specialist of the Information Security Department
Main tasks:
- protection information resources, computer and electronic networks of the Bank from penetration by third parties and use to the detriment of the Bank;
- updating policies, regulations and procedures on information security (IS);
- participation in building and ensuring the functioning of the information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the NBU;
- participation in the support of the system for responding to IS incidents;
- participation in the development and implementation of bank business continuity plans (BCP/DRP) and control of their periodic testing;
- organization of testing and implementation of the latest software and hardware protection tools;
- participation in the implementation of cryptographic information protection and electronic signature technologies;
- performance of the duties of the information security administrator of the National Bank of Ukraine;
- key generation CSC, including participation in the Center's personal key generation;
- storage, reservation and recovery of CSC keys;
- acceptance of requests for the generation of signer key certificates and the generation of signer key certificates;
- formation of lists of revoked certificates;
- ensuring maintenance, archiving and restoration of the reference database of generated certificates;
- participation in conducting IT and IS security audits, network status monitoring and recording of security events;
- monitoring compliance with license policies and security regulations of workstations and servers;
- cooperation with other bank divisions, external organizations;
- professional support of financial monitoring and K?S functions within the division’s competence;
- participation in the preparation of materials on the activities of the Information Security Management Committee, in the implementation information security management measures;
- performance of the functions of the secretary of the CUIB;
- participation in training of Bank employees on matters of organization and ensuring information security;
- providing information security advice to Bank employees.
Requirements for the candidate:
- complete higher education, specialized in the field of IT or IS;
- work experience of more than one year in the field of IT or IS in the banking or financial system of Ukraine;
- understanding of the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine and internal regulatory documents of the Bank regulating banking activity;
- understanding of ISMS construction, understanding of cryptographic protection methods, intrusion prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and information risk assessment methods;
- knowledge of Ukrainian information security standards ISO/IEC 27002:2015;
- knowledge of the basics of modern information security management methods;
- impeccable business reputation, result orientation, analytical thinking, mobility.
