Job duties

  • ensure support and ongoing operation of software, application subsystems of the ICS of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, databases, software complexes used in the Head Office;
  • ensure technical support for hardware meetings, professional trainings, Internet conferences, etc.;
  • providing support for WEB-oriented subsystems and technical support for the provision of electronic services by means of the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
  • within the scope of its powers, developing informational and methodological materials and conducting informational explanatory work to ensure the effective functioning of information technologies and systems in use, participation in the organization and conduct of seminars, other educational events on issues related to the department's competence; appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens, identification and elimination of the reasons that lead to the submission of complaints by citizens. Ensuring the handling of documents in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions on record keeping;
  • ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the prevention of corruption.

Work conditions

position salary — UAH 17,782.50. (taking into account the requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25, 2023 No. 391 "Some issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies during martial law");

salary allowance by rank in accordance with the resolution Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 18, 2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with amendments);

senior allowance in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of paragraph 12 of the final provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.11.2023 No. 3460-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024", Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", the procedure for calculating the length of civil service, approved by Resolution No. 229 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2016;

award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Information on the term of appointment to the position

temporary, until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law
