Qualification characteristics:

higher economic education of the second (master's) level; professional experience of at least 1 year; fluency in the state language; confident PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook), internet and e-mail skills.

Main job functions: medium-term and current income and expenditure planning; drawing up a budget proposal, budget request, budget program passport; drawing up estimates, monthly allocation plans, a plan for the use of budget funds for the budget year; analysis of compliance of the total sums of indicators of income and expenditure estimates; drawing up a report on the implementation of the passport of the budget program; preparation of information on the state of implementation of annual estimates and monthly allocation plans; development of the project of staff painting.
