The City Infrastructure Department of the Sumy City Council invites to the job of the chief specialist of the budget planning and economic analysis department

Main requirements for the candidate:

• citizenship of Ukraine.
• fluency in the state language.
• higher economic/financial education
• work experience in the financial sphere professional from 1 year
• ability to work both independently and in a team
• skills of a confident user of Microsoft Office programs, namely Word, Excel, ability to work with data.
• Responsibility and attentiveness

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in implementation of annual/monthly budget planning.
• Checking compliance of budget obligations with the estimated purpose. 
• Checking calculations of estimates for the provision of services.
• Working with treasury services.
• Preparation of letters.
• Cooperation with structural divisions of the institution and utility companies, for which the Department is an authorized person.
