Working day Mon-Thurs: from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.; Fri: from 8.00 to 15.45; lunch break from 12.00 to 12.45

Working conditions :

• The amount of remuneration is determined by Articles 50, 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", Clause 12 "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Question salaries of civil servants based on job classification in 2024:

• position salary UAH 11,855.00. according to the staff list;
• salary allowance for rank, length of service in the civil service;
• award.
• Appointment to a position for the period of martial law (until the winner of the competition is appointed to this position or until the expiration of a twelve-month period after the termination or cancellation of martial law).

Duties:

• Processing and disbursement of funds returned to accounts for unpaid pensions, overpayments of pension funds, housing subsidies and benefits for payment of housing and communal services, purchase of solid and liquid household stove fuel and liquefied gas and other payments.

• Compilation of acts of reconciliation of calculations on the basis of reports on payments made in accordance with current legislation.

• Daily processing of account statements in the "Internet Client-Bank" system.
• According to the legislation of Ukraine and bilateral international agreements, finance the payment of pensions to foreign citizens living in the territory of the region, control the timeliness of the crediting of funds to pensioners' accounts. Work out lists of CIS pensioners received from the Pension Fund of Ukraine, work out confirmation of the fact that pensioners live in the region.
