General conditions
Name and category of the position, in relation to which a decision was made on the need to appoint
chief specialist of the department of budget execution and budget and financial reporting of financial of economic management, category "B" affairs and their family members on the basis of payment documents;
preparation and execution of payment documents for the financing of pension payments to military personnel, senior and rank-and-file members of internal affairs and their family members using the Internet-Client-Bank remote service system ”;
ensuring the correctness and authenticity of the execution of financial documents, compliance with legality during work using the remote service system "Internet-Client-Bank";
reconciliation with the department for the payment of pensions of military personnel and some other categories of citizens of the actual expenses for the payment of pensions;
providing analytical accounting for the payment of pensions to persons, dismissed from military service and some other person;
consideration of appeals from citizens, letters from organizations, enterprises, institutions on issues that are in competences of the department, preparation of draft answers;
ensuring work with documents in accordance with the requirements of the Manual on record keeping;
together with other structural units of the Fund's Main Department, ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation on the prevention of corruption;< /p>
fulfilment of other assignments of the direct manager and the head of the structural division.
Terms of payment
position salary - UAH 17,782.50 (taking into account the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25
2023 No. 391 "Some issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies during martial law");
salary allowance for rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 18
2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (from changes);
a bonus for years of service in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of Clause 12 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.11.2023 No. 3460-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024", Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", Procedure for calculating length of service of the civil service, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.03.2016 No. 229;
award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

temporarily, until appointment to this position of the winner of the competition, or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law
