The state water agency is looking for a chief specialist of the HR department to join its team.

• work schedule: Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Job duties:

• implementation of measures regarding the documentation of entry into public service, its completion and termination, ensuring the preparation of documents regarding the appointment, transfer and dismissal of State Water Agency personnel
• monitoring and processing of documents on the assignment of relevant ranks to state employees, as well as the establishment of seniority allowances;
• maintaining the personal files of employees of the State Water Agency, ensuring the entry of personnel data, including information on entry into public service, its completion and termination, into the human resources management information system in state bodies;
• implementation of measures regarding the organization of evaluation of the results of official activities of civil servants, summarization of the results of the execution of tasks by civil servants, provision of advisory assistance on matters of evaluation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education not lower than bachelor or junior bachelor;
• fluency in the state language.

Terms of payment:

• job salary 18,771 UAH allowances, surcharges and bonuses, in accordance with the legislation.
