1.   Reception of citizens, consideration and analysis of citizens' appeals, followed by the provision of reasoned answers and relevant administrative documents on:

1. resolution of disputes between parents regarding the determination of the place of residence of minor children;

2) resolution of a dispute between parents regarding the participation in the upbringing of a child by one of them who lives separately from the child;

3) confirmation of the child's place of residence with one of the parents for his temporary departure outside of Ukraine; /p>

4) verification of the targeted expenditure of alimony by one of the child’s parents;

5) granting permission to carry out transactions related to the alienation of real estate/housing belonging to the children;

6) granting permission to conclude an agreement on the distribution of inherited property, one of the heirs of which is a child;

7) granting permission to conclude an agreement on the termination of the right to alimony for a child in connection with the child's acquisition of ownership rights to real estate;

8) appointment of a manager of property that was used in entrepreneurial activity, the owner of which became a minor or a minor.

2. Preparation of materials for consideration by the Commission on Protection of Children's Rights at the Solomyansk District State Administration on Issues in the City of Kyiv.

3. Cooperation and conducting business correspondence with enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the forms of ownership, reviewing and providing reasoned answers to letters from enterprises, institutions and organizations, requests for information.

4. Drawing up protocols on administrative offenses provided for by parts 5, 6 of Article 184, Article 18850 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

5.  Provision of administrative services on issues related to duties.

6.  Representation of the interests of children, the body of guardianship and guardianship, the service for children and families of the State Administration of the Solomyanska district in the city of Kyiv in the courts. Preparation of conclusions and other procedural documents for the court, which are related to its competence. allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensations in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" and the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget for 2024";  

salary allowance for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Issues of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2024".
