Chief Administrative Specialist

< strong style="font-style: unset; font-weight: bolder; text-decoration: unset">We will solve the following problems together with you:

  • Preparation of documents for the conclusion of contracts for the performance of works/services/procurement of TMC/OZ, etc.
  • Accompanying contracts, registration originals of primary documents
  • Formation of documents in SAP ERP
  • Receiving, posting, goods
  • < li style="text-decoration: unset">Accounting, warehouse work
  • Issue, movement, commissioning of TMC / OZ
  • Execution of write-off TMC, MBP, OZ, NA
  • Payments, monthly, weekly, daily (during vacations)
  • Realization of goods (TMC, MBP, OZ)
  • Collection and consolidation of applications for minor repairs
  • Exchange of information and communication with employees responsible for the purchase of services and goods to receive information about planned purchases and payment plans
  • Submission of information in terms of monthly, weekly, daily payment plans
  • Control over payment
  • Display of primary documentation in the SAP system and timely submission to accounting
  • Providing accounting reports (when written off)
  • Control over the execution of Contractual documentation. Timely submission of draft documentation for consideration and extension or re-negotiation
  • Entering contractual documentation into the Contracts system
  • Entry of Counterparties to SAP system
  • Budget control

You are our candidate if you have:

  • Knowledge of warehouse management
  • Working skills in SAP
  • Knowledge of contractual affairs
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Conducting tenders procurement
  • Higher technical, economic education
  • 2 years of work experience
