Chief Specialist of the Business Development Department of the Business Development and Support Department of the Department of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship in Ministerstvo ekonomiki, dovkillya ta silskogo gospodarstva Ukrayini

We are looking for a Chief Specialist of the Entrepreneurship Development Department of the Development and Entrepreneurship Support Department of the Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Department who is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We are looking for a goal-oriented professional who knows how to work in a quality and result-oriented mode.

Main responsibilities:

1. prepare proposals for the development and support of entrepreneurship, projects of regulatory and legal acts, analytical and informational materials. 

2. coordinate and monitor the implementation of the SME Strategy, as well as the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards. 

3. prepare reports, information and analytical reports for management on the state of development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine, the effectiveness of state support and international cooperation. 

4. prepare responses to requests from central executive authorities, local state administrations, local self-government bodies, as well as parliamentary appeals, appeals from business entities, enterprises, institutions, public organizations and citizens bachelor's degree

fluent command of the state language

proficiency in English for working with documents and communication at the B1 level

high level of communication skills, the ability to work in a team and effectively interact with state and international structures

experience in the field of public administration and development of normative and methodological documents will be an advantage

Knowledge: Constitution of Ukraine

Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"

Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"

Law of Ukraine "On Development and State Support of Small and Medium Enterprises in Ukraine"

Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.07.2007 No. 950 (with amendments)
