Chief specialist of the personnel management and record keeping sector (civil service) in Centralniy derzhavniy arhiv gromadskih ob’ednan ta ukrayiniki / CDAGOU

Requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• higher education, not lower than a junior bachelor or bachelor;
• fluency in the state language;
• for conscripts, a mandatory condition is the presence of a military registration document with a note on updating the accounting records data.

Responsibilities:

• providing work related to the accounting of labor activities, filling out, recording and storing personal files of archive employees;
• ensuring the formation of the vacation schedule of archive employees and keeping records of vacations;
• participation in the development of projects of orders on appointment, dismissal of employees, assignment of ranks, attraction to disciplinary responsibility, establishment of allowances and bonuses, granting of vacations, secondment of employees;
• participation in organizational measures regarding the verification of the information of civil servants, provided for by the Laws of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", "On Purification of Power";
• participation in competitive selection: verification of documents from candidates for vacant civil service positions of categories "B" and "B" for compliance with the law and other by-laws Acts and requirements.

Working conditions:

• work in the center of Kyiv (Pecherska metro station);
• five-day working week, Mon-Thurs: 9:00-18:00, Fri: 9:00-16:45

Salary consists:

• position salary — 13,633 hryvnias;
• allowance for years of service in the civil service in accordance with clause 13 of the "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025";
• bonuses and compensations in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";
• allowance for the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18 of January 2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with amendments).

Conditions of selection and appointment to the position:

• term appointment, for the period of martial law, with a maximum term of office of 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law or until the appointment of the winner based on the results of the competition for this position;
• the possibility is provided probation period from one to six months. For people who are appointed to a civil service position for the first time, the test is mandatory.
