Functional duties:

• Performs the duties of an employee of JSC "Ukreximbank", responsible for the organization of work related to the protection of personal data during their processing (hereinafter - Responsible employee) , in accordance with the regulatory and regulatory documents of the Bank.
• Ensures the timely and high-quality performance of tasks and functions assigned to the internal security management by direction information protection and conducting official investigations, administrative documents of the Bank, instructions of the Head of the Office and the Director of the Security Department.
• Organizes work in the Bank related to the protection of personal data during their processing.
• Ensures the implementation of the rights of personal data subjects by the Bank.
• Organizes familiarization of the Bank's employees with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data, in particular with regard to their duty not to allow the disclosure in any way of personal data that was entrusted to them or that became known to them in connection with the performance of official duties ties.
• Organizes the processing of personal data by employees of the Bank in accordance with their job duties to the extent necessary for the performance of such responsibilities.
• Performs the analysis of threats to the security of personal data, as well as the processes of personal data processing in accordance with the main tasks and functions of the Bank, including the determination of the purpose for which the data are processed personal data, grounds for personal data processing, compliance and non-excessiveness of personal data in accordance with the defined purpose of their processing and bringing the list of personal data into compliance with the defined purpose of their processing, about which he draws appropriate conclusions.
• Considers the proposals of independent structural and separate divisions of the Bank regarding the definition of one or another set of information about a natural person in the personal data base.
• Organizes in Bank processing requests regarding access to personal data of subjects of relations related to the processing of personal data, preparation of responsesvideos on such requests, work on providing personal data.
• Organizes measures in the Bank to ensure access of personal data subjects to their own personal data.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (master's degree, specialist), preferably legal.
• Experience in the relevant field for at least 2 years. 
• Experienced PC skills.
