What should be done in the position of Chief Problem Loan Analysis Specialist?

• Analysis of the completeness of the provided documents and the sufficiency of information for a comprehensive assessment of the debtor;
• Initiation and implementation of measures aimed at optimizing the process of working with problem loans assets (excel work, power point, power BI, SQL);
• Evaluation of drafts of the Bank's internal regulatory documents on lending issues, prepared by other structural divisions of the Main Bank.;
• Preparation of regular and urgent reporting information on the Center's work for the Center's director and the Bank's management;
• Participation in the preparation and training of Bank employees on work issues with problem assets.

• Communication, ability to work in a team and find non-standard solutions;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information, developed analytical skills, a high level of generalization skills (formation of conclusions)
• A confident user of excel, power point. Preferably: sql, power BI.
