Functionality of the post:

Organization of tenders: ; publication of competitive bidding at the SMARTTENDER shopping ground; work with participants' appeals, counseling; Formation of a summary table of participants; analysis, assessment of proposals within the limits of powers; Preparation of proposals for the choice of the winner.  work with members of the LC, fixation of votes, special opinion, reflection in the protocol; Conducting eye meetings of the Procurement Commission.
• Participation in the development of regulatory documents on processes of procurement. procedures.
• Administration of documents on the portal in the framework of procedures. trading platforms (especially SMARTTEANDER)
• Experience with SAP Purchase System (as an additional advantage)

Required skills and knowledge:

• deep understanding transportation, trading).
• Understanding the procurement process, principles of competitive choice. employment, competitive working conditions and full social package;
