Functional duties:

• Employee support and consulting, including development and conducting training and development activities with an emphasis on solving psychological issues (webinars, thematic groups, socio-psychological trainings)
• Working with veterans and implementation of inclusion projects
• Development and delivery of the course on psychological support for employees of the Bank (emotional exhaustion, burnout, stress, impact of war)
• Development of a project to work with veterans - employees, family members, employees who have relatives - military personnel, loved ones affected by the war< /li>
• Providing psychological support consultations (allocated part of working time)

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• Availability of at least 2 years of psychological counseling
• Availability of specialized specialized additional training - psychological counseling, correction, crisis intervention, psychological rehabilitation, Gestalt therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatry
• An advantage will be: work experience in a bank or financial institution
• Availability of basic coaching skills
