Chief specialist in personnel and military accounting in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

Main responsibilities:

Personnel administration

• Regulation of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees.
• Submission of information to state bodies (Medoc, PFU), preparation of EWS.
• Formation and management of personnel files, orders, labor contracts.
• Preparation of internal and external reporting.

Vacations and absences

• Issuance of all types of leave, control of schedule and balances.
• Issuance of other types of absences (dismissal, donor days, etc.).

Lessons of incapacity for work

• Uploading and accounting of LN from the PFU portal.
• Entering data into internal systems and transfer to accruals.

Timesheet and working hours

• Maintenance of work schedules.
• Timesheet accounting: composition control, adjustments, preparation of timesheets.

Military accounting

• Keeping records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
• Submission of notifications and reports to the TCC and SP.
• Checking military accounting documents, notifying employees.
• Reserving employees and preparing a package of documents.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of 2 years in personnel administration.
• Experience in military accounting is desirable (certificate will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory documents from military accounting.
• Experience with Medok, PFU, EUS-reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, HR?systems (1C/BAS/SAP HR).
• Attention, organization, discipline, willingness to learn.
