Main tasks:

• ensuring the formation of specialized reporting on the loan portfolio to the NBU;
• administering the process of submitting information to the Credit Register 2.0, preparing report files, controlling their acceptance and eliminating errors; 
• ensuring the completeness, reliability and consistency of data on loans and their components (principal debt, interest, commissions, arrears, restructuring), collateral conditions and characteristics of borrowers; 
• control of the correctness of establishing and updating details, parameters and indicators for loans and borrowers in accordance with the requirements of the NBU;
• regular reconciliation of the data of the accounting system with the information submitted to the NBU, analysis of discrepancies;
• review of borrowers’ credit cases regarding the correctness of displaying the status of indebtedness, default, and other key indicators;
• evaluation the impact of changes in lending conditions on regulatory indicators and their reflection in reporting; 
• monitoring of changes in the regulatory requirements of the NBU regarding the Credit Register and initiation of necessary changes in internal procedures and settings of accounting systems;
• providing advice to other structural divisions regarding the establishment and adjustment of loan and borrower parameters within the framework of forming regulatory reporting;
• monitoring of borrowers’ compliance with the covenants established in the loan agreement;
• monitoring of the collateral portfolio: control of the state of collateral and insurance, verification and assessment of risks;
• participation in the development of internal documentation regarding the Company's credit policy;
• participation in the development of technical tasks.
