The purpose of the role

This role is suitable for a strong corporate finance professional who is able to independently lead key analytical and executive tasks in the areas of working with investors, fundraising and strategies, with the potential for further growth to a management position.

Main duties:

• Preparation of presentations, recommendations and materials for meetings with investors and business development. Support for the preparation of regular reports for investors (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc). Support for communication with existing investors and development development of new relationships.
• Participation in structuring and implementation of financial deals.
• Analysis of debt and equity capital markets, search for relevant opportunities.
• Collection and analysis of internal data in interaction with business units.
• Conducting industry research, including operational and strategic benchmarking.
• Preparation of macro analysis (macro screens) and market views.
• Support of strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
• Participation in internship and development programs (selection, onboarding, involvement in projects).
• Mentors ng interns and junior team members within individual tasks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or related fields. 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting or corporate finance.
• Experience in preparing materials for investors (presentations, pitch books, financial analysis) • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret financial and business data.
• Understanding approaches to the valuation of companies and assets.
• Experience of working with financial and management reporting.
• Understanding of European energy markets will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, etc.) erevagoy.
