Chief software engineer in Consult Business Partner

A manufacturing company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their team, who will be responsible for software development, technical management and architectural design.

Main duties:

- Setting tasks and monitoring the work of the division's programmers. 

- Code optimization, increasing its productivity and security.

- Coordination of the work of a team of programmers, developers and testers.

- Development of technical documentation and ensuring its compliance with standards.

- Conducting technical code reviews and consulting on architecture optimization.

- Participation in project planning and evaluation, determination of terms and scope of works.< /p>

- Implementation of modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and automation tools.

- Interaction with other divisions to integrate software solutions with the company infrastructure.

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of information technology, computer science or related specialties.

- Work experience as a software engineer of 5 years, of at least 2 years in management positions.

- Deep knowledge of the principles of software architecture
