Main duties links:

• Analysis of the need for marketing research, determination of directions, goals, tasks of research
• Preparation of briefs, technical tasks for conducting research/surveys
• Development of programs for conducting specific research, formation and management of the budget for specific research
• Development of questionnaires, guides, screeners , other research tools for conducting specific marketing research
• Processing and analysis of received data, drawing conclusions and recommendations.
• Preparation of presentations, reports, analytical reviews based on the results of internal and external research, open data, presentation of results to customers, management, steering committees, the Board
• Maintenance of research information base

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 5 years of experience in conducting sociological and/or marketing research using quantitative and/or qualitative methods, in a position not lower than manager / senior research manager< /li>
• Experience of organization, support, data analysis in quantitative and/or qualitative projects using various methodologies (CATI, online, F2 °F, in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept tests, UX testing, etc.)
• Desk Research experience: search, analysis and synthesis of information in previous projects and external sources
• Experience in presenting research results, conclusions and proposals to the team and customers
• Experience in working with google data visualization programs docs, PPT, excel, Figma, and software packages for statistical data analysis (SPSS, Python, SQL, Tableau)
• Experience in conducting research in the financial sector, understanding the current state of the banking market and familiarity with banking products will be a significant advantage for the candidate
• Visualization skills (Google Slides, MS Power Point, Figma) and presentation of research results
• Ability to work with numerical infomation and large data sets.
• Knowledge of theory and approaches in sociological and marketing research, UX research
• Skill or experience in conducting group and individual interviews (in-depth, contextual), online surveys
• Skill or experience in conducting quantitative research, processing and analyzing the results of quantitative research, trend analysis, finding patterns and interdependencies
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
• Proficiency in English at Intermediate (B1) level
