DBG is a group of companies with more than 22 years of history and the number of employees of almost 1,500 people. The main areas of activity are food retail from 4 trade chains, dairy production and a PET container processing plant.

We invite to our team a Chief Project Management Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Full management of the project implementation cycle in the following areas: commerce, logistics, marketing, operational processes, HR;
• Alignment of expectations and results with the business;
• Organization of effective interaction of teams involved to projects;
• Management of deadlines, resources, risks and budgets;
• Ensuring clear and transparent communication between units;
• Control of the dynamics of project execution, preparation of reports.

• Experience as a Project Manager from 2 years;
• Ability to analyze data, assess risks and plan ways to minimize them;
• Understanding financial aspects and the ability to work with a budget;
• Knowledge of business processes in the field of sales, logistics and work with clients in retail networks;
• Basic understanding of marketing, HR, logistics, commerce and operational processes;
• Skills in planning, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks;
• Experience with project management software;
• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and motivate teams;
• Willingness to take responsibility for decisions and results;
• System thinking, analytical abilities, result orientation;
• Experience in working with large volumes of information in a retail network;
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
