Responsibilities:
- Processes proposals and documents received from the executive bodies of the city council regarding awarding employees and labor teams of the city's enterprises, institutions and organizations with state, regional and city awards.
- Prepares draft decisions of the executive the committee of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council and orders of the mayor on awarding issues, as well as letters to the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration and the Kirovohrad Regional Council.
- Participates in the organizational support of the activity of the commission on awarding issues of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council.
- Develops the Program of financial support for the awarding of awards by the city council and the executive committee, organizes the implementation measures provided for by the Program and supervises their implementation.
- Ensures keeping logs of incoming and outgoing personnel management correspondence, accounting for the provision of free legal assistance by management employees, as well as accounting for personal reception of citizens. Monitors the timely consideration of citizens' appeals, parliamentary appeals, information requests and letters from enterprises, institutions and organizations received by the personnel department, including through the ASKOD electronic document management system.
