For more than 9 years, we have been successfully helping to learn professional design and creation of websites, WEB applications and online games. We are currently looking for a Chief Operation Officer, the expected result of which will be the acceleration of the development of GoITeens, thanks to established and working business processes. Key areas of responsibility: —Implementation of the company’s development strategy at the tactical level —Analysis and optimization of the company’s work —Building highly effective work of the project team, its motivation and development —Maintaining a clear and intensive operational rhythm in the project team —Tracking processes and improving efficiency, system analysis of performance metrics —Development of processes, instructions, checks —Development and implementation of the planning system —Achievement of KPI by each team member and KPI of the departments under management —Achievement of target indicators for the growth of income and profitability of the company —Operational management and achievement of financial and economic indicators of the business —Planning, implementation of the budget and cost optimization —Development and implementation of strategies for optimizing the company's business processes What is important for us?—Successful experience (at least 1 year) in a similar position as CEO, CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), CRO (Chief Revenue Officer), CPO (Chief Product Officer)—Deep understanding of analytics, research, confirmation of hypotheses and business development methods, of consumer behavior and analysis —Experience in leading and building teams with a high performance culture, scaling and improving operations to improve customer experience —Ability to determine business value, prioritize the most effective initiatives and delegate them appropriately What we offer: —A clear vision of the company's development strategy, clear goals and professional perspectives; —A space for experiments, testing ideas and implementing the latest technologies and tools.
