Chief Operation Officer in GoITeens

For more than 9 years, we have been successfully helping to learn professional design and creation of websites, WEB applications and online games. And now we are looking for a Chief Operation Officer, the expected result of which will be the acceleration of the development of GoITeens, thanks to established and working business processes. Key areas of responsibility:— Implementation of the company's development strategy at the tactical level— Analysis and optimization of the company's work— Building the highly effective work of the project team and its motivation and development—Maintaining a clear and intensive operational rhythm in the project team—Tracking processes and improving efficiency, system analysis of performance metrics Development of processes, instructions, checklists—Development and implementation of a planning system—Achieving KPIs by each team member and KPIs of departments under management—Achieving targets indicators regarding the growth of the company's income and profitability— Operational management and achievement of financial and economic indicators of the business— Planning, budget implementation and cost optimization— Development and implementation of strategies for optimizing the company's business processes What is important for us?— Successful experience (at least 1 year) at similar position or positions of CEO, CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), CRO (Chief Revenue Officer), CPO (Chief Product Officer)— Deep understanding of analytics, research, hypothesis testing and methods of business development, consumer behavior and analysis—Experience in leading and building teams with a high performance culture, scaling and improving operations to improve customer experience— Ability to determine business value, prioritize the most effective initiatives and delegate them appropriately What we offer:— A clear vision of the company's development strategy, clear goals and professional perspectives;— Space for experimentation, testing ideas and introducing new technologies and tools.
