We're looking for  

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a microfinance organization;
- In-depth understanding of the microfinance sector and business management specifics;
- Perfect both English and Russian communication skills;
- Proven success in online/retail lending within the microfinance industry;
- Strong skills in business development and strategic planning;
- High level of responsibility and self-discipline;
- Excellent leadership and management capabilities;
- Experience in team building and motivation;
- Proficiency in negotiation and defending business positions.
