Chief Operating Officer (LatAm) in ASAP Solution

We are looking for candidates for the position of COO in a igaming company LatAm GEO.

Responsibilities
 - Development of GEO by key indicators (registrations and doposits);
 - Monitoring key metrics;
 - Monitoring, planning and evaluating marketing initiatives;
 - Identifying and securing growth opportunities;
 - Increasing customer lifetime value and ensuring positive ROI;
 - Developing terms and conditions for working with partner teams;
 - Monitoring the performance of all partner teams and reporting results to management;
 - Oversee the team's interaction with other departments;
 - Develop and grow the team.

Requirements
 - Experience in geo LatAm from 2 years;
 - At least 3 years of experience in gambling/arbitrage traffic in a management position;
 - Experience in scaling and market development;
