Who we are looking for:

In connection with scaling, we are looking for a strong Operational director, who will adjust internal processes like clockwork, ensuring high margins and quality of implementation of objects.

Your role in the team:

Synchronize the work of the commercial department, design engineers and procurement department, so that each project is implemented on time, within the budget and with the highest safety standards.

Main areas Responsibilities:

  • Optimization of business processes: setting up effective interaction between departments to speed up the preparation of KP and realization of objects.
  • Management of financial indicators: control over compliance with the planned margin, analysis of ROI and LCOE of projects.
  • Control of quality and deadlines: ensuring that each object is built according to norms of PUE and DBN, and the terms correspond to the promises to the client.
  • Strategic planning: participation in the formation of company development plans and resource management (including outsourced teams).
  • Risk management: minimization of financial gaps and mistakes at the stage of tenders and construction.

  • Has experience managing operational activities in the energy, construction or industrial sector.

  • Deeply understands project economics (CapEx, payback, cost management).

  • Able to work with project documentation and understands the technical complexity of energy facilities.
