Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency: Streamline business processes, manage day-to-day operations, and improve overall productivity.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align operations and finance.
• Leadership: Manage teams, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both operational and financial health.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Significant experience in both operational and financial roles, preferably within a marketing company.
• More than 5 years experience as COO.
• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational expertise.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in both domains.
• Mathematical Proficiency: Exceptional mathematical skills to manage financial aspects effectively.
