TM DEKS is a multidisciplinary furniture company with 25 years of experience in the market.

• sale of furniture board materials, furniture fittings, components and household goods throughout Ukraine;
• providing services for processing furniture materials (sawing, creasing, milling, drilling, painting etc.);
• implementation of complex and individual design projects for clients in Chernivtsi and throughout the EU.

We have offices in Chernivtsi and Berlin, which allows us to work effectively both on the Ukrainian and European markets.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure smooth, stable and predictable work of the company's entire operating system: production, warehouses, logistics, assembly work in the EU, technical infrastructure, personnel and resources.

A person in this position is not responsible for processes, but for the result: deadlines, quality, cost and the absence of operational crises.

Main tasks

• Full production and warehouse management
• Building processes: warehouse production shipment
• Control of execution of plans (volumes, deadlines, losses)
• Management by department heads
• Optimization of costs and reduction of defects

Responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth operation of production, warehouses, logistics and installation.

Responsibility for production deadlines, quality and minimum downtime.

Organization of logistics and customs clearance in the EU.

Management of assembly crews, formation of reserves.

Resource planning (materials, personnel, contractors).

Formation of the operational team and control of discipline.
