We are looking forOChief Operating Officer (COO) who will be part of our team, strategist and driver of change. This is a role for a leader who is not afraid of challenges, has a clear vision and strives to optimize business processes, creating efficient and productive work of the entire company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with import/export, understanding of logistics processes.
• Ability to automate business processes (ERP, 1C).
• Analytical abilities, strategic thinking, knowledge of financial metrics.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and English (Spanish will advantage).
• Leadership qualities, initiative, diplomacy and result orientation.

• Manage the company's operational activities and evaluate work efficiency.
• Conduct an audit of business processes and create an optimization plan.
• Automate the company's business processes
