Main Responsibilities
– analyzing internal operations and identifying areas for process improvement
– implementing business strategies and plans that meet short-term and long-term goals developed together with the CEO
p>– managing operations, HR and accounting, partnering with CEO in sales management to ensure sufficient investment capital to meet short-term growth goals
– managing capex and expenses to ensure investors' growth and profitability goals are met

– performance monitoring using software and implementation of specific measures if necessary, preparation of detailed reports and forecasts
– building and maintaining trusting relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders
– excellent leadership skills, determination and personal integrity
– understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
– strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
