With us, you will be responsible for:

• Participation in creating the general strategy of the festival and ensuring its implementation;

• Optimization of operational processes to increase efficiency;

• Budgeting: monthly, quarterly, yearly expense planning, tracking and

  reporting;

• < p>Coordination of the work and interaction of all structural units of the company (at the festival: festival infrastructure, entrance group, territory, security, stages, bar, food courts, technical/bar warehouse, SB);

• < p>Searching for ways optimization of the work of accountable units, identification of growth areas, systematization of work;

• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and high quality of work;

• Regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) of each unit.
