Area of responsibility:< /p>
* Management of the company's operational processes, including production cycles, logistics, warehouse operations and retail network.
* Optimizing business processes to increase productivity, improve service quality and reduce costs.
* Coordination of interaction between production, marketing and retail network to achieve strategic goals.
* Implementation of the latest technologies in the field of management of production and logistics processes.
* Control and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), including production productivity, sales volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as an operations director or similar position in fashion or Retail.
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse operations and retail.
* Experience implementation and optimization of business processes at the level of production, logistics and sales.
* High leadership qualities, strategic thinking and the ability to quickly make informed decisions.
* Ability to analyze data, develop strategies and interact effectively with all departments of the company.
* English level from Intermediate.
