We are holding a competition for the position of "Digital Project Manager" for the team of the Coordinating Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care.
The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the of the European Union. Main responsibilities:
Development of digital products and systems
< ul>Managing the development and implementation of the "Children" system, which automates the processes of collecting, processing and providing data on children in need of state care, and also ensures the monitoring of their rights. p>
Implementation of the plan of interaction with stakeholders of the "Children" system, including state institutions, international partners, and public organizations.
Ensuring integration of the "Children" system strong> with other digital platforms and databases to increase efficiency and transparency of processes.
Innovation in digital solutions to support families and of children
Development and management of key platforms, in particular dity.gov.ua, ukraineforeverychild.org.ua, which provides citizens with access to information and resources related to foster care and adoption.
Implementing SEO strategies for these platforms.
Launch and support new digital initiatives to support foster families, family-type orphanages (DBST), social workers and children.
Project activity
Development and coordination of plans actions for the organization's key initiatives.
Determining long-term goals and developing a framework for project implementation.
Planning, coordination and implementation of projects according to the priorities of the organization.
Requirements to candidates:
Higher education in communications, public relations, international development, journalism or related fields.
Work experience of 7 years or more in the field of digital products and systems management, preferably in the field of social policy or child rights protection.
Skills in strategic planning, building interaction with stakeholders and management changes.
Experience in coordinating multilateral projects involving international organizations, business and the public sector.
English — Advanced level.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting and monitoring.
Technical expertsin digital transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy principles.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Analytical abilities and readiness to solve complex problems tasks.
