You will work in an ambitious, professional team aimed at development and innovation. What does the Marketing Director at Megacom do? Determines the organizational structure, tasks, standards and proper work practices of the Marketing department. Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the company's brands. Participates in development and implementation of the overall strategy for the development of the company's product portfolio. Organizes the effective work of the multifunctional team of the Marketing department. Cooperates with the commercial department for the effective implementation of marketing strategies and achievement of goals. Supports effective horizontal communication between employees of both departments, as well as with opinion leaders. Together with the commercial department, organizes and participates in the processes of education and training of medical professionals. Collaborates with regulatory and legal departments to ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation and industry standards. Monitors and takes into account market trends and competitor strategies. Searches for new opportunities, markets, audiences, positioning features for the growth of brand shares in their niches and business profitability as a whole. Builds an economic model for each brand, offers marketing budgets and promotion plans. Manages the creation of all marketing materials and content for all company brands. Creates and coordinates communication with all target audiences through all online and offline channels. Monitors ROI and KPI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities across all brands and systematically make the necessary adjustments. Deep understanding of the farm market, history, trends, competitive environment, actors, legislation, all the variety of tools and practices. Leadership. Commitment to a positive, empathetic, honest, open and ambitious concept of leadership. Communication. Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and convincingly formulate complex ideas. Finance. The ability to build a profitable economic model of the brand, determine the budget and manage its implementation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time. A deep understanding of market and target audience research methods, quantitative and qualitative analysis, design and research. A principled ethical position regarding business practices and relations. Higher education: bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, medicine, pharmacy, business administration or a similar specialty. Experience: from 7 years in marketing in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, experience as a brand / product manager.
