Our client is a well-known international tech-holding.Chief Legal Officer will be responsible for the building a corporate legal strategy for the local and foreign legal activities of the company as well as support related to various legal areas.Main Responsibilities Leading the development and execution of legal strategies tailored to the evolving needs of the industryBe in charge of contractual, international, tax, intellectual, labour, and other related areas of the company Lead transformative change for the business in building out a regulatory and compliance function befitting the current and future scale of your company Collaborating cross-functionally to drive results and ensure legal alignment with diverse departments and company objectivesProvide advice to executive management on legal matters Qualifications:Solid executive experience in companies with wide international presence / law firms with focus on IT or digital businesses Excellent knowledge in corporate law with obligatory expertise in supporting legal activities on international markets Extensive experience in problem-solving within legal domains, demonstrating proactive approaches to address legal complexitiesStrong business acumen Advanced written and spoken EnglishFounded in 1946, Boyden was the very first executive search firm.
