Key tasks:

• Performing operational monitoring of information systems in monitoring and administration systems (Zabbix, AppDynamics , SCOM);
• Setting monitoring parameters in monitoring systems;
• Resolving appeals from the RU and CA.

This position requires:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the field of IT support;
• Proficient knowledge of technical English.
