Main duties:

• Business concept design of customer service
• Preparation of the description of business requirements (user stories)
• Creating the design of customer screens and the customer journey in the role of the customer
• Conducting customer research and testing prototypes in the role of the customer
• Collection of feedback from customers
• Proposals to improve the service and analysis of existing solutions on the market
• Creation of a service development plan, order of tasks (backlog) and control of terms
• Presentation of the service or its individual component (demo versions, prototypes).
• Creation of a plan for the implementation of improvements
• Decomposition of the concept into tasks (or versions) , agreement on the deadline for their implementation according to the drawn up plan
• Designing the logic of business processes: preparation of the interaction scheme of various complexes or top-level IT systems, etc.
• Initiating technical tasks (IT changes)

• Control of the process of development and testing of improvements after their implementation
• Monitoring of service indicators: determination of reasons for deviation of indicators and ideas for elimination
• Creation, maintenance and improvement of dashboards
• Tracking and providing management with information on the status of the service and deadlines for completing tasks;
• Setting up and launching communications with Bank clients
• Development of internal documentation, instructions and recommendations for employees and clients< /li>

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of proven experience in supporting and developing projects/processes/products, etc.
• 3+ years of work experience in banking, fintech- field or similar fields
• Experience in the development of projects related to or similar to PFM (will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of basic banking operations, services for retail clients, the principle of their operation
• Knowledge of structured queries for writing SQL code (will be an advantage)
• Skills in writing business requirements for setting tasks, instructions
• Skills in product management (strategy, user stories, business requirements, MVP, roadmap, backlog, etc.)
• Agile work skills (scrum, kanban)
• Ability to work with project management systems in Jira or similar, Confluence or similar, Miro/Figma or similar
• Ability to create presentations
• Ability to structure and analyze information and present it in a simple and in an understandable way
• Ability to listen, express your thoughts clearly
• Ability to work in a team, be a team player
• Ability to argue and defend your point of view
• Ability to plan one's own working time (time management)
• Ability to find new opportunities for service/product development, proactively approach tasks
• Ability to work in the mode of ambiguity
