Chief Inclusion Officer is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the company's inclusion strategy. This role provides active participation in the development of a corporate culture of inclusion, implementation of accessibility solutions, and direct leadership of inclusion projects.

Your key tasks:

  • Development and implementation of inclusion strategies: Management of the process of development and implementation of inclusive initiatives that ensure the accessibility of the company's facilities, services and products for all customers and employees, especially for people with disabilities.
  • Assessment of compliance with accessibility standards: Overseeing regular audits of company premises, including offices and retail outlets, to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Management of the team dealing with the elimination of deficiencies;
  • Management of inclusion projects: Management of projects for the implementation of inclusive solutions in the construction and modernization of premises. Interaction with contractors and architects to implement solutions in accordance with State building regulations and international standards of accessibility;
  • Organization of training for employees: Ensuring the implementation of regular training systems for all levels of employees, aimed at increasing awareness of inclusion and ensuring effective working environment;
  • Control over the accessibility of services and products: Managing the processes of adaptation of the company's products and services to ensure their full accessibility for customers with disabilities;
  • Adaptation of workplaces: Ensuring effective adaptation of robotsplaces for employees with disabilities by implementing all technical solutions and adaptations. Implementation of a feedback system for monitoring the needs of employees;
  • Partnership with public organizations: Management of interaction with public organizations and experts for the implementation of joint projects and programs that contribute to the development of inclusion;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation: Control over the company's compliance with all requirements of local and international regulatory acts related to inclusion and accessibility.
  • Integration of inclusive principles into corporate policy: Management of the implementation of inclusion principles into all corporate policies and processes, in particular, in recruitment policy, adaptation of new employees and customer experience management;
  • Inclusive communications: ensuring adaptation of communication companies to the needs of different groups of people by developing accessible information formats and implementing inclusive language.
