Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Osadcha Master Hub Tetiana Osadcha Tetiana Osadcha Finance Leaders' Mentoring & Coaching⚪️CFO⚪️Coach ICF Our client - Ukrainian holding company operating in various sectors (energy, manufacturing, real estate, construction, etc.) - in search of a CFOKey tasks and responsibilities:Build and effectively manage the financial systemCreate an accounting and reporting system in a "request - response within one day" format, meeting the requirements of the CEO and Owner in terms of form, timing, and detailsAccounting, management and reporting (declaration) on the Owner’s personal assets and financesControl and manage Subsidiaries' key indicators: budget variances, prevent cash gap, settle financial obligations with partners, optimize cash balances in the company’s accounts, etcMonitor accounts payable and receivable levelsParticipate in business structuring in Ukraine and abroad, analyze financial flows during business structuringEvaluate investment projects (payback period, mutual obligations, etc.) and mitigate financial risks in projects, support investment agreementsEfficient use of free fundsApprove contracts and control financial obligations with partners and contractorsCollaborate with financial institutions (banks, platforms, funds, etc.) in Ukraine and abroadDevelop and improve business processes, interconnections with adjacent departmentsPrepare reports, concepts, and analytical data upon request from the CEO, Owner, and partnersMonitor legislative changes directly affecting company projects and take measures to minimize risksOptimize tax burdenManage a financial department with 10 subordinatesExperience and professional skills:Higher education: finance/economicsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar positionSuccessful experience in automating management accounting and business processes based on 1C UTPExperience in evaluating investment projects and conducting investment activities in manufacturing, construction, etcDeep knowledge of financial, management, accounting, and tax accountingStrong skills in business planning, budgeting, and cash flow managementHigh level of knowledge in tax and labor legislation of UkraineEnglish – upper intermediate, fluent in Ukrainian and RussianProficient in PC, expert level in Excel and 1CCooperation conditions:Salary of $6,000 (paid in UAH) plus quarterly bonusSchedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, availability by work phone 24/7Office location: near m.LukyanivskaNo business tripsSick leave and vacations in accordance with the Labor Code Show moreShow less Position level Responsible manager Type of employment Full time Job duties Finance and Sales Industries Business consulting and services
