This role involves overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the company’s financial health, and providing insights that support decision-making at the highest level. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to support the company’s growth objectives while managing risk and optimizing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Management:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Ultahost’s business goals.Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Financial Operations and Compliance:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and reporting.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.Investment and Risk Management:Evaluate investment opportunities and manage company assets.Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect company interests.Team Leadership:Build and manage a high-performing finance team.Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the technology or web hosting industry.Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance.Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a plus).Experience with international financial operations is highly desirable.
